We will include:

• Sweep/vacuum and mop all floors 

• Clean and disinfect tub, shower, toilet, sinks, mirrors, counters and chrome fixtures

• Clean kitchen sink, backsplash, cabinets, countertops, clean exterior and interior of all appliances: oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove top and grease trap (steam cleaning often required)

• Dust and wipe items affixed to the walls*

• Sweep out garage, and get cobwebs

• Removal of trash 

• Shower and grout scrubbing (steam cleaning services available)

• Dust baseboards and blinds

• Clean doors and door frames

• Dust reachable ceiling fans*

Priced for cleaning package.

$5 for interior only with window sill cleaning.

$8 for both sides and screen removal. $10 to add power washing exterior. Windows a la carte $200 minimum and destination fee.

Steam cleaning services: Using steam to clean is the most effective way to restore surfaces to the best they can be. Sanitized with the power of steam.

$15 each set of drapes/ curtains for wrinkle release

$30 each additional for kitchen and or each bathroom.

$40 each additional for upholstery sanitization

$50 additional for flooring per area

$50 each room for recreational smoke residue ( candle, cannabis, cigarette/ tobacco) Odors are not guaranteed to be removed.

Wall cleaning:

Spot cleaning, soot, and hand marks - $40 - $200 depending on how much needs to be done... However documentation is a must and usually an inspection. By nature cleaning walls is literally quadrupling the square footage of a given compartment, after a certain height one can not reach and if the wall is that dirty will show even more at the clean vs dirty line. Walls can really come back after a good cleaning if the paint is good to clean off of, but not all paint is designed to be cleaned. Equally, a wall that has been cleaned; that has paint past a certain age or texture type can create possibility for unsatisfactory results.

 

$125 base for Deep cleaning of Garage

• Does not include property removal

* For insurance reasons no ladders may be used over 6 ft.
